How are guests selected for ticket giveaways?
A random lottery is conducted by the Artists Den for each giveaway.

Will multiple submissions increase my chances of being chosen?
No. Duplicate entries will be deleted prior to each ticket lottery.

Can I buy a ticket if I'm not selected?
Artists Den concerts are invitation-only and free.

When will I find out if I was selected to attend?
If you are selected in the lottery, you will receive an email approximately ONE WEEK PRIOR to the show, confirming that your name has been added to our guest list, plus one (so a total of 2 tickets).
Occasionally, when additional tickets become available, confirmations will be emailed as late as a day before the concert.

Can I give my ticket to a friend or sell it?
No. All tickets are non-transferable.

How do I get my physical ticket?
There are no physical tickets for Artists Den shows: all our concerts operate on a guest list system. When you arrive, you will be asked for a valid photo ID and your name must match the one on our guest list.

Can my guest arrive separately?
No. Your guest must arrive with you.

Is there an age requirement to attend Artists Den concerts?
Yes -- all our concerts are 21 and over. If you are selected in a ticket giveaway using a false date of birth, your tickets are void and you will not be admitted to the concert.
